Hiring Event Dates:  

• Friday, July 10 | 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM 
• Saturday, July 11 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Location: Homestead, Pa 

We are offering On-The-Spot interview screenings for: 

Behavior Support Specialists 

Pay: $20.05 – $23.03/hour (based on experience) 

Full-Time Shifts Available: 

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM  

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 

• 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM 

STAIRS is an innovative residential treatment program supporting children and adolescents with autism and intellectual disabilities. As a Behavior Support Specialist, you’ll provide hands-on care, build meaningful relationships, and help individuals reach their goals in a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

Requirements:  

• High School Diploma or GEDrequired(Bachelor’s preferred)  
• Must be 21+ years old 
• Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of clean driving record 
• Ability to administer CPR/First Aid 
• Ability to implement crisis interventions
